We have specialist submersible effluent pumps available manufactured in Cast Iron, Bronze & Stainless Steel to meet some of the aggressive / abrasive applications.
We have been very successful in providing pumps to the Concrete and Mortar plants where the competitors product was lasting only 6 to 8 weeks, our pumps have been installed and are lasting 3 to 4 times longer.
To aid the life span of some pumps we use a process called ‘Superficial Plasma Treatment’
This treatment gives an increase in surface hardness of up to 4 times the hardness of the standard grey cast iron.
